introduction1994 graduate engineer Winfried Richter and Electrical engineering master technician Sven Eube established the business SEM GmbH Schaltschrankbau. We built the first cabinets in the basement of Winfried Richters house. But the business established and grew. The basement became too small. After strenuous weeks and months the new workshop and office were inaugurated.
Our business currently employs 8 employees and one apprentice.
Our employees are experienced switchgear cabinet-, control- and installation engineers so our business has become a reliable supplier for the electrical installation craft, the industry and for services.
We have authorization to establish type-tested low voltage distribution board assemblies (TTA) up to 3000 A busbar nominal current and power distribution supply to position in front of the electronic counter in the division of BEWAG.

In the division of switchgear engineering our company with its highly skilled workers and engineers is successful at constructing complete control stations and regulation stations. That includes all performance classes, from the development of the performance specification, development of technical solution and the realization of the project to the activation and later the maintenance work.
